Prices will be provided in writing once the booking scope is agreed.

5. Safety and participant responsibilities
Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. I take all reasonable steps to manage them, but participants must:

I reserve the right to end an activity if safety is compromised.
6. Cancellations and changes
I may cancel or amend an activity due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, an alternative date or refund will be offered.
If you cancel, the terms of the Booking & Cancellation Policy apply.
7. Insurance
Ridgeline Guidance holds appropriate professional and public liability insurance.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own personal insurance (e.g., travel, personal accident, equipment cover) if desired.

All content on this website—including text, images, branding, and training materials—is owned by Ridgeline Guidance unless otherwise stated.
